Jansen Quality Construction is blessed with a talented, dedicated staff of construction professionals who have in common a “can do” attitude, and a confidence about meeting challenges and succeeding. From our estimators, design team, to our project manager, our field staff, and our support personnel, JQC possess a blend of craftsmanship, education, and experience. This expertise allows us to inspire confidence in our customers and creates a successful, long-term relationship with our customers.
- Richard Jansen: Owner/Operations Manager
- Richard has a variety of experience including machine and building maintenance, wood working cabinet building, and finishing and controlling the operational side of JQC for the last ten years. This well-rounded background gives him the broad understanding to manage the time and talents of the JQC field employees.
- Paul Jansen: Owner/Estimator
- Paul’s experience has been in both the commercial and residential construction fields.
- Paul worked 7 years with a local commercial construction company as a job site superintendent. On the residential side Paul has 18 years of experience working on, managing, and estimating a variety of residential construction. From bathroom remodeling to room additions to building houses from start to the finish to commercial work, Paul has an understanding of what it takes to complete the job.
- Ron Jansen: Owner/Estimator
- Ron’s work experience has been primarily in the residential remodeling field. Although he has spent some time in other trades he has always been pulled back toward the construction industry. His building trades education in high school and his 16 years experience in remodeling help round out the owner/leadership team at JQC.
- Toby Jernigan: Estimator
- Toby Jernigan is a native of Pensacola and has been with JQC since September of 2000. Toby started in the field and worked his way up to estimator for bathrooms and general remodeling jobs. Toby’s well-rounded experience makes him a valuable member of the JQC team.
- David Manderson: Plumbing Division
- David Manderson began working for JQC in 1998 managing the plumbing division. Having a licensed plumber on staff allows JQC to perform the entire project from start to finish. As one of the longest standing members of our team, he is a role model of outstanding performance and commitment.
- Sarah Bowman: Interior Designer
- Sarah graduated from Auburn University's interior design program in 2001. Since that time she has been a practicing kitchen and bath designer for both new construction and remodeling projects throughout the country. Her space planning skills and product knowledge have made her a valuable addition to the design team at JQC.
- Kelly Guthrie: Interior Designer
- Kelly graduated from the University of Florida; one of the top ranked interior architecture programs in the country. She is enthusiastic and creative. She is currently working towards becoming an NCIDQ certified interior designer.
